For those with little time to spare, a high-speed navigation to the fabulous San Rafael Lagoon & Glacier is possible in ONE DAY from Puerto Aysen! Guests set sail from nearby Port Chacabuco to visit the San Rafael Lagoon & Glacier in a swift 12 hour excursion in one of two modern cruise catamarans fitted to seat 100 guests an comfort and safety.
Sailing by day through some of the most beautiful natural wonders of the world, they pass through the Chilean Patagonia channel and view native forests that fuse with the ocean in an astounding spectacle. After 125 nautical miles, they reach the foot of the San Valentín Glacier and see how its icebergs detach and fall into the San Rafael Lagoon. If weather permits, guests can experience the glacier up close from zodiacs crewed by experts, then return to the mother ship for a welcoming tot of whisky accompanied by millienial ice. Then relax for the journey home with the aid of an open bar! |

- 07:00 hrs. Join ship at Port Chacabuco Pier; Safety Briefing
- 08.00 hrs. Set Sail; Breakfast; Informative Briefings & Aperitif; Lunch
- 13.30 hrs. Arrive at San Rafael Lagoon
- 14.00 hrs. Start excursions on zodiacs*
- 16:00 hrs. Welcome Back toast on board with Millennial Ice; Tea Service & Open Bar on return to port.
- 20:00 hrs. Arrival back at Port Chacabuco
