The programs "REMOTA PAINE" and "REMOTA NATALES” have the following terms and conditions:
1. Accommodation in queen or twin as per guests wishes – breakfast, snacks, aperitif, lunch, dinner, soft drinks, house wines, daily excursions with a bilingual guide, use of spa facilities – swimming pool, jet tubs.
2. The programs Paine and Natales are subject to availability and 100% should be paid at the time of booking.
3. Bookings are not subject to modifications or cancelations; bookings are not reimbursable.
4. The rates are expressed in USD, however in those cases where it is applicable, the prices are going to be exchanged at the minimum rate of CLP $480 per USD
5. These programs do not include select wines denominated “premium", except those denominated “Selección Remota" and whose denomination is solely Remota’s.
6. These programs do not include massages except those specified in the programs.
7. Remota offers a complimentary transfer from the airport in Punta Arenas to Remota at 7:30 pm and from Remota to the airport in Punta Arenas at 8:30 pm. These schedules may be modified without prior notice.
8. All transfers must be detailed confirmed ahead of time, at least a week in advance.
